Cavity Closer Innovation

A comprehensive range of uPVC Cavity Closers suitable for use on drained cavities behind the exterior cladding, that meet the requirements of NZBC Acceptable Solution E2/AS1 paragraph 9.1.8.3. This cavity closer system or vermin strip provides ventilation, prevents vermin intrusion and supports weather tightness by allowing drainage and air ventilation to dry the cavity should moisture breach the external cladding. Dynex cavity closers comply with New Zealand Building Code section E2/AS1 (9.1.8.2).

Designed and made in New Zealand using high quality UV stabilised and 100% recyclable uPVC material. Proudly BRANZ Appraised and available, through leading building merchants nationwide.
