We are sorry that you have experienced quality issues with your Dynex Palliside display board.

If the product sample or brochure holder are not securely fixed, for a limited time you are able to return the display board together with the loose items and we will securely attach.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You need to include the product sample and brochure holder when returning for repair. We will not be able to return display boards that do not have a Return Authorisation Number.

Please complete the below form to request a Return Authorisation Number, this number must be referenced on your shipment so that we can identify your board when it arrives into our warehouse.
